Senior People Partner (HR for HR)

📋 Description

• Manage a team of HR Generalists and act as HR for HR at Zoox.
• Support strategies for integrating, retaining, and developing talent.
• Support performance management: calibrations, promotions, and PIP.
• Support org design/health initiatives; identify risks and mitigation.
• Understand compensation philosophy and pay program implications.
• Provide input in I&D needs and data-informed decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as a People Partner (HRBP).
• 5+ years as a people manager (HR Generalist team).
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Proven results executing inclusive, scalable Talent Strategies in high growth.
• Experience scaling programs for startups (build from scratch or revamp).
• Change and project management skills; strong risk judgment.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: USD 173,000 - 249,000 per year.
