📋 Description

• Shape how we grow and support our people through performance and talent cycles.
• Deliver and continuously improve performance and feedback cycles.
• Build and coordinate learning programs across Butternut Box, including early careers and core
• Evolve and scale Manager and Leadership development across markets.
• Turn frameworks into smooth-running processes; partner with stakeholders to close skills gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent, performance and growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR, L&D, or talent development—ideally multi-country.
• Solid understanding of performance management cycles, calibration and feedback systems.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and external providers.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to process and follow-up.
• Curiosity for learning design and talent development; continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfort with systems (e.g., Culture Amp or similar) and basic data reporting.
