Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Europe)

📋 Description

• Lead paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) with growth
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements)
• Monitor daily performance with Voluum, GA4, dashboards
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohorts to guide decisions
• Own creative input and collaborate on landing pages

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion
