Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager/PV Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead client-facing safety projects ensuring timelines and objectives are met
• Coordinate activities across PV teams and manage deliverables
• Develop project plans with milestones and dependencies
• Provide PV expertise across ICSR processing, QA, aggregate reporting, literature screening, and SOPs
• Prepare regular reports for clients and management
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven PV experience with ICSR processing, quality review, aggregate reporting, literature
• PV project management experience in service-provider/CRO/pharma environments
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field
• Strong PV process knowledge and data management quality
• Experience planning from scope through delivery and coordinating activities
• Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders in pharma/life sciences
