Maintain, stabilize, and improve existing PHP applications, backend services, and integrations.
Diagnose and resolve production defects, performance problems, and data/integration issues.
Develop features when needed while ensuring safe, maintainable changes.
Work with legacy PHP code and improve without disruption.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, DBAs, and security teams to ensure stable delivery.
Support GEO engineering initiatives and modernization plans for PHP systems.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years professional PHP experience, 3+ years with Symfony
Modern PHP 8.x with strict typing
Deep Symfony 6.x LTS knowledge (DI, Security, Messenger)
Experience with RabbitMQ/AMQP and message-driven architectures
Strong Doctrine ORM + PostgreSQL skills
REST API design and documentation (OpenAPI)
