Senior Pitch Project Manager - Sales Enablement

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end pitch delivery across new business bids, RFPs, client-facing campaigns, and
• Build detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules; keep workstreams on track and
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, leadership) to enable clear
• Identify risks and blockers early; escalate and propose solutions to maintain momentum.
• Manage pitch budgets (estimation, PO, invoicing, reconciliation); source and negotiate with
• Guide junior PMs/coordinators; share knowledge to grow team capability in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven project management experience in an agency, in-house studio, or new business setting; track
• Experience owning pitch processes end-to-end and understanding what drives pitch success.
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet; fluency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing project-level production budgets, cost estimation, supplier negotiation, and
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to engage senior leaders and keep
• Advanced use of Gen AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and output quality; experience
