📋 Description

• Own production readiness and activation for customers
• Drive first production workflow and reduce time-to-production
• Establish guardrails for reliability, failure handling, scaling, upgrades
• Develop Temporal SDK experts; enable customer platform architects
• Set up alerting to catch issues early
• Lead customers' most difficult tickets and blockers

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the United Kingdom, with preference for London
• 6+ years of professional software or solutions engineering
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and reliability engineering
• Proficiency in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python
• Experience building, deploying, operating production systems at scale
• Excellent customer-facing communication; ability to explain technical concepts
