📋 Description

• Own Production Readiness and Activation
• Run customer production workflows and reduce time-to-production
• Establish guardrails for reliability, failure handling, scaling, upgrades
• Make customers and teams expert in Temporal Server and SDK best practices
• Set up alerting and monitor health signals
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Professional Services, Support, Partners

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software/solutions engineering
• Distributed systems and reliability principles
• Proficiency in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python
• Experience building/operating production systems at scale
• Strong customer-facing communication
• Experience creating technical docs and runbooks
