Senior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect platform golden paths, self-service provisioning, and reusable references
• Lead platform architecture reviews, tech evaluations, vendor assessments, and toolchain investments
• Design and implement policy-as-code frameworks using Azure Policy and Ansible Automation Platform
• Define RBAC models, network segmentation, secrets mgmt, and zero-trust architectures
• Develop Ansible content strategies, reusable modules, and Tower/AWX-based workflows
• Establish enterprise observability architecture, telemetry standards, monitoring config, and alerting strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field; equivalent combo accepted
• 6+ years in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or infra automation at enterprise scale
• Experience in banking/financial services or other regulated industries (Preferred)
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKA, or RHCA (Preferred)
• Strong coding in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Proficiency in Ansible, including module design and enterprise automation
