Senior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee CI/CD infrastructure health, stability, and scalability
• Monitor outages to maintain high availability and reliability
• Develop and govern CI/CD strategies with security and compliance in mind
• Optimize CI/CD compute/storage for efficient resource usage
• Investigate and resolve CI/CD tooling issues with cross-team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• GitLab or similar CI tooling with self-hosted focus
• Experience with GitOps deployments (GitLab, ArgoCD, Flux, etc.)
• Cloud experience and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Kubernetes with Helm and cloud-native container tooling
• Strong problem-solving, observability, and documentation skills
• Cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused mindset
