Senior Platform Engineer - Platform Metal | Ireland | Remote

📋 Description

• Remote role open to UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden, and Ireland.
• Join a new Foundation’s “Metal” squad to build and provision storage, networking, and Kubernetes
• Provide a Kubernetes control plane and underlying resources for Engineering, in a highly
• Operate across bare metal to Kubernetes, with a focus on performance, reliability, and efficient
• Collaborate with Grafana Cloud teams and users to deliver needed capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Go, Python, and Shell in platform engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform, and Terraform modules.
• Familiarity with configuration tooling like Tanka/Jsonnet and Kubernetes schedulers (e.g.
• Datacenter experience and on-call rotation participation.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, distributed environment and communicating clearly.
