📋 Description

• Join a remote-first Grafana Labs team building the Platform Metal squad.
• Build and provision resources including storage, networking and Kubernetes clusters outside public
• Provide a Kubernetes control plane and underlying resources to the Engineering org.
• Work with Grafana Cloud users to understand needs and invest in capabilities.
• Operate in a highly distributed, remote-first environment with emphasis on collaboration and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Go, Python and Shell in platform engineering or similar roles.
• Strong Kubernetes experience; familiarity with scheduling and cluster tooling.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Crossplane, Crossplane/Terraform core, and related CSPs (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with configuration tools like Tanka and Jsonnet; knowledge of Kubernetes operators
• Datacenter experience and on-call rotation experience.
• Ability to work in a distributed, remote-first team and communicate effectively.
