Senior POS Mobile Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, optimize, and maintain Android POS apps used in large-scale transactions.
• Collaborate with Mobile Architects, Backend, Product, and Hardware teams.
• Own complex features end-to-end; influence system design and code quality.
• Implement offline-first capabilities and handle low-connectivity edge cases.
• Integrate EMV, NFC, and card-present flows; ensure secure payment handling.
• Work with POS peripherals and OEM Android SDKs; manage hardware interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Android app development.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related subject.
• Strong Android Native skills (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with POS terminal apps, payment flows, and SDKs.
• Familiarity with REST, WebSockets, and background sync; local storage (Room/SQLite).
• Secure coding, performance optimization, and high-ownership mindset.
