Senior Power System Engineer - ERCOT Interconnection

📋 Description

• Lead ERCOT interconnection studies and technical tasks for generation and transmission projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, utilities, and industry stakeholders to develop grid
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and drive high-quality technical deliverables.
• Represent the organization in technical meetings and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Power Systems engineering with generation interconnection experience.
• Strong ERCOT interconnection process knowledge; ISOs a plus.
• Hands-on PSCAD and PSS/E modeling; EMT studies and dynamic simulations experience.
• Experience with MQT (Model Quality Testing) in ERCOT and grid impact analyses.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work with cross-functional
• Independent worker who can collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
