Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (Singapore)

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities in APAC.
• Design, scope, and execute POCs that prove value.
• Build prototypes and demos using Deepgram SDKs and APIs.
• Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, and cost across cloud, self-hosted, and hybrid.
• Coordinate security/compliance for APAC (PDPA, APPI, PIPA, Privacy Act, DPDP).
• Triage and debug during evaluations; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar pre-sales role.
• Software engineering experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms; comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, networking, and secure API
• Track record leading enterprise POCs and earning technical wins.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
