📋 Description

• Agent SDK & Runtime — design and implement orchestration engine and core primitives.
• MCP Matrix Expansion — wrap internal systems as MCP servers and manage RBAC and versioning.
• ADLC — build toolchains for agent lifecycle: Spec → Eval → Build → Test → Iterate.
• End-to-end ownership — track accuracy, cost, latency; optimize personalization.
• Agent Engineering Practice — work with orchestration frameworks and multi-agent collaboration.
• RAG/evaluation capabilities — deep expertise in retrieval, ranking, and evaluation tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree; 6+ years (AI/Agent focus) or 8+ years with 0-to-1
• Engineering Foundation: Go or Python; production-grade system design and TRD docs.
• LLM Applications: Deep expertise in LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, ReAct, context/window management.
• Agent Experience: 0-to-1 launch, continuous iteration, and agent simulation/benchmarking.
• Agent Capabilities: Orchestration frameworks; multi-agent collaboration.
• Adj. capabilities: RAG, evaluation systems, or related.
