📋 Description

• Define Metrics & Telemetry: Partner with engineering to design, log, and validate
• Transform & Visualize Data for Actionable Insights: Build analytics pipelines and deliver
• Design Experiments & Causal Analyses: Lead A/B testing and causal inference to evaluate product
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, TPMs, and partner teams to

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related
• 6+ years as a Data Scientist with telemetry and system performance optimization experience.
• Data Engineering at Scale: Deep expertise in processing massive, noisy datasets and building
• Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex, ambiguous system behavior from first principles.
• Technical Communication: Experience translating technical results for leaders and storytelling with
• Nice to Have: Direct experience with game engines, audio/video products, or real-time systems.
