📋 Description

• Define the Developer Foundations Roadmap: Own the vision for internal dev platform, CI/CD
• Operationalize the AI-Led PDLC: Integrate AI into developer workflows with guardrails.
• Transform Operations into Tooling: Automate QA/SRE via platform services.
• Enable Modular Architecture: Support event-driven platform for rapid, secure deployments.
• Enforce Ruthless Prioritization: Data-driven backlog for internal tooling.
• Measure Business Outcomes: Track deployment freq, lead time, MTTR, defects, AI commits.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PM experience, with Platform Tooling/DevOps/internal tooling.
• AI-Native Mindset: experience with AI-assisted dev tools in secure SDLC.
• Systems Architecture: distributed systems, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, event-driven.
• Security-First: DevSecOps practices in design/CD.
• Agile & Outcome-Driven: prioritize by customer/business outcomes.
• Strong Communicator: PRDs with technical stakeholders (CTO, VP Eng, architects).
