• Senior Principal Program Manager on Reddit's GTM Strategy & Operations team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in strategic program management, business transformation, or related fields.
• Background in Digital Media; platform + agency experience preferred.
• Executive communication skills; comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading change management across cross-functional teams.
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; owner mentality required.
