📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy consumer-facing experiences end-to-end for high-traffic sites
• Lead AI initiatives from concept to production at scale, guiding architecture and technical
• Mentor engineers and set platform guidelines for AI deployments, including observability and
• Evaluate AI tools and frameworks beyond a single language or ecosystem; develop PoCs to validate
• Develop agentic and LLM-based applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and Langfuse in Python
• Drive adoption of fully agentic programming patterns, tooling, and best practices across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building resilient, scalable systems and leading technical direction across multiple teams
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse in Python; strong exposure to
• Broad knowledge of AI tooling landscape beyond Python; ability to evaluate approaches across
• Full stack experience: frontend/backend/platform; API/REST services in Java and UX apps in React
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-team technical direction
• Experience with AWS; familiarity with agentic programming and multi-agent workflows
