Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating Data Processing Agreements with customers
Develop, maintain, and scale global privacy programs; prepare DPIAs and Records of Processing.
Collaborate with product/engineering on privacy and data protection impacts.
Monitor changes in privacy laws and AI regulations.
Support AI-specific regulation, incl. CCPA governance and guidance.
Classify AI systems and develop internal governance controls.

🎯 Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 8+ years in privacy/data protection.
Expertise in U.S. and E.U. data protection law; global frameworks.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills on data privacy, AI, and security.
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Highly responsive and detail-oriented; balances strategy with execution.
