📋 Description

• Own significant portions of Abnormal's global privacy program.
• Advise product and engineering on privacy in AI-native platform design.
• Lead AI governance from legal/privacy side with cross-functional partners.
• Scale privacy workflows using AI automation and tooling.
• Serve as privacy voice with customers via commercial legal.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school; member of at least one U.S. state bar.
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US or equivalent certifications.
• 6-8+ years in privacy/data protection; strong program execution.
• Deep expertise in GDPR/UK GDPR and familiarity with NIS2, DORA, EU AI Act, EU Data Act.
• Experience advising tech companies, SaaS/cloud, AI/ML products.
• Proven track record building/privacy programs in fast-moving, global environments.
