Senior Privacy Engineer

📋 Description

• Shepherd and evolve the Privacy Review Program, designing intake workflows and evaluation criteria
• Develop standards for PETs (differential privacy, k-anonymity, data minimization, secure
• Act as Privacy SME for policy-as-code, turning requirements into automated controls in engineering
• Partner with Regulatory Compliance, Trust & Safety, Legal to align outcomes with global privacy
• Drive privacy-by-design adoption through self-service tooling and scalable enablement programs.
• Communicate privacy risk posture to product stakeholders with clear, actionable guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in privacy engineering, privacy program management, or related security/compliance.
• Experience shaping a privacy review process or governance function, with managing stakeholder
• Deep expertise in PETs (differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, k-anonymity, federated
• Experience identifying and mitigating privacy vulnerabilities (inference, linkage, homogeneity
• Hands-on with policy-as-code tooling for automated compliance in pipelines (e.g., OPA/Rego, Cedar).
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, LGPD and their engineering implications.
