📋 Description

• Lead process discovery, mapping, and improvement sessions
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
• Design future-state models and roadmaps aligned to goals
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and CI to boost efficiency and quality
• Establish baselines, KPIs, and track progress for sustainment

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in process improvement, ops consulting, or similar
• Proven Lean, Six Sigma and CI experience
• Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, metrics know-how
• Experience in regulated environments (finance/financial services preferred)
• Data analysis, trend identification, and actionable recommendations
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
