Senior Producer

📋 Description

• Own on-set production end to end: prep, shoot, wrap across formats
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio with Sony FX30 or similar and phone
• Direct and coach talent to deliver strong performances on camera
• Help design and build new studios and sets as we grow
• Develop systems, workflows, and standards for the production team
• Recruit, train, and mentor producers and staff as the team grows

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent technical camera skills; videographer/DP experience
• Agency production experience with paid social or performance marketing
• Proven ability to direct actors and get strong performances
• Track record building or contributing to a production team
• High ownership and business-minded approach
• Autonomy in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
