• Partner with a major client to produce digital advertising assets
• Manage multiple design and animation projects across time zones
• Oversee delivery objectives and progress updates with teams
• Ensure work aligns with client strategy, brand and creative goals
• Scope and quote projects with senior Monks and leads
• Lead a regional team of producers and designers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Producer or PM in digital advertising or creative production
• Solid understanding of fast-paced design/animation workflows
• Strong planning/production issue forecasting and clear client communication
• Collaborative, cross-team with strong written/verbal skills
• Experience with creatives, illustrators, designers, 2D/3D animators
• Advanced English
