Senior Producer, Multimedia (Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead creative media production from intake to delivery across gameplay capture, art & design
• Align Creative Leads, Brand & Marketing, external vendors, and finance to deliver AAA-standard
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration and production workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project meetings, timelines, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder reviews.
• Scale talent and refine workflows to maximize sustainable output.
• Maintain pro-active cross-team communications with legal, PR, localization, and game development

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years producing digital media in gaming/entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on agile timelines.
• Strong tracking, budgeting, scoping, and resource planning skills.
• Deep familiarity with video production pipelines ( gameplay and live action ).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to build partnerships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
