📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with consistent definitions across teams.
• Validate metrics and dashboards, specify data requirements for Data Eng, ensure analytics are
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components for teams to influence.
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies, conversion drop-offs, segmentation issues, and other
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities through structured data mining and analysis.
• Validate product hypotheses and prioritize problems by impact on key metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with practical business/product applications.
• Proven experience extracting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, and
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• Understanding of marketing and product metrics to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills to investigate complex questions independently.
