• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions across teams.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; write specs for Data Eng; ensure analytics requirements are met.
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components for teams.
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks through structured data mining and analysis.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable product recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or technical field.
• Strong statistics and probability with practical business/product application.
• Proven experience extracting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, and
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• Strong understanding of marketing/product metrics and growth opportunities.
• Analytical, independent problem-solving; translate large datasets into insights.
