Senior Product Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide frontline legal support for product teams on AI and technology transactions.
• Draft and negotiate technology partner agreements, IP licenses, and marketplace arrangements.
• Advise on privacy-by-design, data flows, and responsible AI considerations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams across the development lifecycle.
• Engage externally as a subject matter expert onCloudflare’s products and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree; admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably with technology companies.
• Technical background or strong enthusiasm for technology; ability to translate legal analysis for
• Experience with copyright/Internet law; ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior
• Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and project organization (Jira or similar).
