🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design or design engineering; senior experience at consumer/global brands.
• Strong ability to communicate visuals and interactions via polished mockups and rationale.
• Experience working directly with engineers, code reviews, and occasional coding.
• Experience prototyping in code to production-quality standards with accessibility.
• Deep understanding of interaction, motion, transitions, and responsive behavior.
• Design systems expert with token architecture and component structures.
