• Own end-to-end product design across key Covers areas.

• 8+ years in Product Design with shipped products.
• Deep end-to-end design process expertise.
• Strong UX/UI craft for complex, info-rich UX.
• Decision-making using research and data.
• Experience simplifying complex workflows.
• Clear communication of design decisions and trade-offs.
