• Design AI-powered culture intelligence products, dashboards, and insights.
• Shape product strategy with partners to identify problems and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong UX and visual craft.
• Experience designing 0-to-1 products and new interaction patterns.
• Experience with AI-powered or AI-native experiences.
• Ability to simplify data-rich problems into clear UX.
• Strong visual design and creative perspective; interest in illustration or motion is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization, culture/HR tech, or related products is a plus.
