📋 Description

• Shape product design strategy aligning business, customer, and tech.
• Design and build with PMs/engineers using AI end-to-end.
• Create wireframes, diagrams, flows, and prototypes to guide decisions.
• Talk to customers/partners to validate designs.
• Improve design tools, processes, and standards for the team.
• Start early in research to influence strategy and direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Real-world design experience with human-centered design.
• Able to move across fidelity levels (wireframes to diagrams).
• Use AI throughout your process and know when it's wrong.
• Hands-on experience with customer research methods.
• Explain complex ideas clearly to designers and non-designers.
