📋 Description

• Shape product design strategy aligning business needs, customers, and tech.
• Design and build with PMs/engineers, using AI end-to-end.
• Turn ideas into wireframes, diagrams, flows, and prototypes.
• Talk to customers and partners to validate designs.
• Help improve our design tools, processes, and standards.
• Get involved in early customer research to shape strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid real-world design experience in human-centered design.
• Comfortable with fidelity levels from rough wireframes to polished mockups.
• Uses AI throughout the process and can judge its outputs.
• Hands-on experience with customer research methods.
• Able to explain complex ideas simply to designers and non-designers.
