Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design from journeys to high-fidelity visuals.
• Design greenfield and improvements for B2B payment gateway workflows.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, external validation.
• Translate findings into actionable design with cross-functional buy-in.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems for consistency.
• Collaborate with PMs, Eng, and partners; leverage AI to speed up work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in designing B2B digital products or complex software
• Experience with financial products, APIs, payments or fintech SaaS
• Strong capabilities in interaction design, IA, visual design, prototyping
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with scalable design systems
• Experience user research and translating findings into decisions
• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and regulated workflows
