Lead end-to-end design for enterprise-scale, customer-facing digital products
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to define, discover, and design solutions
Balance business goals, user needs, and scalable design systems
Work across applications and platforms ensuring consistent user experiences
Communicate rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations across teams
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of relevant Product Design experience
Strong portfolio of consumer-oriented product/app design
Proficiency with Figma
Strong UI/UX skills and ability to translate insights into experiences
Independent work style with collaborative team contribution
Excellent communication, client-facing experience
