Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end user experience across the platform.
• Apply broad UX methods to solve complex problems.
• Craft polished interfaces with clear rationale.
• Build and scale a cohesive design system.
• Lead user research and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and others.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong UX/UI expertise: IA, interaction, visual design, prototyping, usability.
• Proven use of user research methods: interviews, journey maps, JTBD, personas, usability testing.
• Experience building and evolving scalable design systems.
• Systems-thinking and ownership of platform UX.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
