📋 Description

• Becoming the first design team member setting the design culture.
• Scale design with key user flows, design systems, brand guidelines, and processes.
• Own end-to-end design from research to delivery for core features.
• Guide engineering priorities by user needs; manage backlog and MVP launches.
• Deeply understand user needs via research and data analysis.
• Align team around product roadmap, design vision, and OKRs/KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering high-quality digital products from concept to launch.
• Experience designing consumer apps for desktop, web, and mobile.
• Experience interviewing customers and conducting UX research.
• Strong communication; synthesize insights and discuss test results.
• Ability to translate hypotheses into requirements and designs to implementation.
• Hands-on, methodical approach to product requirements and design.
