📋 Description

• Own UX for complex, high-stakes product areas end to end
• Lead research, problem framing, and shipped screens
• Strengthen and extend design system for consistency
• Ship measurable products and iterate with data-driven insights
• Raise the bar for accessibility, edge cases, and difficult states
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years designing and shipping real products in-house
• SaaS background; web app design experience a must
• AI-first mindset; comfortable designing with AI-driven workflows
• Strong UX for technical or enterprise products
• Portfolio showing thinking, process, and results
• Fluent in design tools, preferably Figma
