Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own design of a product area end-to-end—from strategy to shipped pixels.
• Design flows, not just screens; prevent user drop-off.
• Close the gap between design and shipped product; pair with Eng.
• Contribute to Pluma design system; maintain consistency.
• Develop a point of view on AI in your product area.
• Collaborate with PM and Eng on roadmap and tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong flow literacy: end-to-end experiences across states.
• Closes the design-to-implementation gap; code fluency expected.
• Experienced with a design system; extend and steward patterns.
• Has designed or shipped AI-involved interfaces.
• B2B SaaS experience with complex, data-driven interfaces.
• Strong communication and critique skills.
