Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for complex, workflow-driven digital products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders through the product life cycle.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into design decisions.
• Create wireframes, flows, visual assets, and prototypes across fidelity levels.
• Validate solutions via research and feedback; iterate to reduce friction.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products with a strong portfolio in complex workflows.
• Strong B2B/product domain experience with usability-centric problem solving.
• Fluent German (written & spoken); strong English for internal collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Experience conducting and applying user research to validate design decisions.
• Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with proactive, self-directed work style.
