Senior Product Designer (AIR)

📋 Description

• Design and deliver high-quality UIs with wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Lead large-scale design initiatives from vision to execution.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and researchers to define problems and goals.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions to promote alignment.
• Collaborate with UX Research & Analytics to validate ideas with data.
• Improve design processes and contribute to the design system for consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment where product, tech, and priorities evolve quickly.
• Experience designing complex functional interfaces.
• Willingness to dive into complex topics related to programming.
• Ability to prototype, verify, present, and reason about UI/UX solutions.
• Spoken and written English for everyday communication and documentation.
