Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Senior product designer to own dense, expert-facing workflows in a small, fast-moving team.
• Work alongside Engineering and forward-deployed engineers on live customer implementations.
• Design decisions grounded in practitioner work and regulatory context (security/compliance).
• Own design system, patterns, and quality standards within the product.
• Mentor a junior designer and raise the team's bar.
• Balance polish with ship-ready delivery in a regulatory domain.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex B2B or expert-tool surfaces.
• Portfolio showing information architecture and state logic behind screens.
• Experience building or evolving a design system in production.
• Ability to communicate through diagrams, prototypes, or static handoffs; AI tooling as an enabler.
• Experience mentoring designers and collaborating with engineers to define states and edge cases.
• Based in the Toronto/GTA area or willing to work from Canada; fluent in English.
