🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing and shipping consumer products across desktop and mobile, including experience
• Strong product thinking - you care more about the "why" than the "how," and can turn complex
• Comfort digging into experiment data and user feedback to shape iterations and make ship decisions.
• Mastery of visual and interaction design, with an eye for the details that build delight and trust
• Expert-level Figma and prototyping skills; experience working within and contributing to a design
• A working understanding and curiosity of AI-assisted design workflows - from ideation and
