Lead the design of bespoke AI-native solutions for Defence clients
Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists and software engineers from day one
Share design best practices across the organisation
Develop complex, accessible, high-impact user interfaces
Own wireframes, prototypes and detailed designs for challenging problems
Evolve the design system and guide engineers on implementation

🎯 Requirements

Experience designing AI-native products
Exposure to UK Defence or UK Defence clients
Designs shipped at scale
Experience in consultancy is a plus
Ability to influence product direction and strategy
Proven design system creation and cross-functional collaboration
