📋 Description

• Lead design of a significant area of Halter’s product experience, focusing on design foundations
• Set craft standards and provide guidance to raise quality across teams; shape system architecture
• Turn field conditions into reusable foundations, patterns and documented standards for easy reuse.
• Mentor and raise the craft of designers, championing the system across product, engineering and
• Collaborate with farmers and field users to ensure the design system serves real customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products with significant time spent on design systems at scale.
• Exceptional visual craft: typography, layout, spacing, color, accessibility, interaction and motion.
• Proven experience shipping a design system with engineers; knowledge of tokens and component
• Portfolio showing foundational systems work and high-craft experiences.
• Strong judgment, teachability and ability to build alignment across teams.
• Track record coaching other designers and elevating quality.
