• Expert-level Figma: components, tokens, auto-layout.
• Comfortable with design-to-code workflow; Storybook, tokens, GitHub.
• Strong written communication; clear, actionable documentation.
• Interest in AI-driven product development and AI workflows.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG AA accessibility.
