• Proven experience designing complex B2B or API-driven software.
• Strong portfolio with complex workflows and constraints.
• Deep understanding of UX, interaction, visual design, and IA.
• Experience with rapid user research, usability testing, prototyping, and validation.
• Strong systems thinking with scalable design systems and patterns.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
