📋 Description

• Lead design of bespoke AI-native solutions for energy and environment clients
• Collaborate with ML, data science, and software teams from day zero
• Shape intuitive interfaces in a highly complex domain
• Develop and evolve design systems to scale with capabilities
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and present design rationale
• Drive iterative design and validate usability improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing for AI-native products
• Shipped products at scale
• Experience in consulting environments is a plus
• Ability to influence product direction and strategy
• Establish design systems and promote best practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; mentor others in design tools
